古谷の今日の晩ごはんは、最近大阪日本橋にできたらーめん むさしのみそとんこつラーメンです。レギュラーサイズ819円（税込）「白・赤・田舎みそを配合し、本鰹節・魚醤で味を整えた風味が香るラーメンです。」むさしの但し書きより、 味はなかなか良かったのですが、価格表示が税抜き表示なのは気になりました。大きく780円と書いて横に目立たないように税込819円という表示をせず、税込み一本でよいのではないかと思いました。

Came across a ramen place that was already open for lunch at 11am. Most places open for lunch at 11:30am. Many ramen places have manga placed near the counter or tables. The girl on the cover is Suzanne. ...last night I chose to knit and watch five episodes of 30 Rock on Hulu instead of walking over to Loney's (the grocery store a block from my house) and making something wonderful for my bento. All of which means, of course, that I had to wing it AGAIN this morning! The ramen was the second half of a package I opened two weeks ago. The egg had been boiled by G'ma and was sitting in the fridge, up for grabs. The avocado had been opened yesterday and needed to be eaten, so I put it in a rice paper wrapper with some other veggies. The soybeans and miso are for protein. While my sloppiness and lack of planning means I probably won't enter anything into Just Bento's vegetarian bento contest, this will still probably be a totally awesome delicious lunch! Brought to you by being out of focus, the number 11, being underlit, and the letter Q.

Fancy ramen-- organic noodles, roasted sweet potato, carmelized onions & tempeh, bok choy, red pepper. Broth has Chinese 5-spice paste, soy sauce, umeboshi vinegar, yuzu or something hot and green we brought back from Japan.

There is a ramen restaurant called Takano in Shinagawa, Tokyo. Its regular closing day was Tuesday. But they open their restaurant on Tuesday recently. However, the name of the restaurant is changed to "Ranpow" and young employees become chefs instead of the owner.
