1000 yen (including small rice and pickles) Name this ramen restraunt is Ramen dining Gogyo, precisly Ginza Gogyo. This restraunt is operated by Chikara no minamoto company. ( www.chikaranomoto.com/english/ ) . I mean that the shop owner is as same as ippudo which is legendaly ramen restraut serving kyushu tonkotsu ramen (I also love ramens from this restraunt). In Japan, stereo type of ramen is that 1) cheap 2) not main dish 3) only men usually eat ( women do not go to ramen shop solely). I guess that chief ramen chef of Ippudo have motivated to challenges to change such stereo type and to make next level ramens. In case of me, I ate this ramen as lunch, but this restraunt mainly prepare for final stage ( 〆) of dinner with alcahole in restraunt. Taste of this ramen is oily and salty. You feel so much happy with such dense ramen , if you eat after drinking alcahole too much. In first stage starting to eat this ramen, thin but chewy texture of noodle reactives your brain from relaxing and idle dining moment and moves back to real moment. Reaching the final stage of eating this ramen, eaters must realize unknow object, when you ladle bottm of a bowl; minced pork and sliced onion. Then you may feel happy with new findings and change of taste sensing into the bowl ( from oily and salty taste to sweat from meat and onin ! ). And your ramen experinece must be richier with this kogashi miso ramen , which is not cheap and sofisticated with enjoying ramen essentials. Restraunt interior is also neat like coffee lounge, and this ramen restraunt provides a paper apron for eating ramen to prevent each customer's clothes from staining by scattering drips from broth. If you are ramen lovers and have any chance to go to Ginza area, I really recommend to eat this ramen and other dish. Overall 7.5/10 website ramendining-gogyo.com/shop_ginza/menu.php

It had an odd flavour to it. I prefered the Akamaru, but I'm not sure if it's because I really prefer the Akamaru one, or if it's because the Kobe branch is just better than the Kyoto branch. I ordered katamen, of course.

These came with the karakamen, but we weren't sure what to do with them. Mom put the egg and the pork in her ramen, and then ate the nori wrapped around the rice. She was so full after finishing everything!

Rising from the ashes of Wagamama QV comes Hanaichi, a Japanese-style fast food outlet in the prime location of QV Square, hangout for Asian students and office workers. My first impression was of shock when I saw disposable paper and plastic bowls for the 2 serving sizes, regular and large, respectively. All I could think of was food court food in shop. It was self-service too. Being hungry, I pressed ahead and placed my order for a simple bowl of ramen. How wrong could that be? Well... it wasn't very right either. It looked the part with 2 very lean slices of pork and a leaf of seaweed, but the soup was mostly salty and not much flavour otherwise. I couldn't tell if it was pork or chicken soup. At least the service was prompt and friendly. Here's the blurb from QV.com.au: With melt in your mouth dishes like Tempura Udon, Beef Yakiniku, Miso Katsu-Don and Chicken Teriyaki-Don, Hanaichi is sure to please! Looks like a Queensland-based chain! www.hanaichi.com.au/
