750 yen overall 7.5/10 This ramen shop serves quite creative ramen. First of all, soup colour is black. Ingredient is not squid (cuttlefish) ink. The black soup is from blend of various miso mixed with ink (carbon). Taste is also spicy from various spice. Miso is the Japanese food definitly, but I felt that soup in this ramen bowl above is not Japanese cuisine, ex) like mongolian or yunnan cuisine, in sence of mixture of chinese and spicy flavour, and herbal taste arrangenment. It is hard to say the taste definitively, but simply saying, I express taste of this ramen bowl is herval dandan ramen with few chille pepper. This shop's main ramen cheff has a backgroud as French cuisine cheff and Japanese cuisine cheff, so that total taste of ramen bowl may be well tuned with createve fashion based on confident cooking skills. In lunch time, this shop serves small rice or 1.5 times noodle for free. So, I ordered rice. after eating ramen noodle, I enjoyed soup with rice. Taste is absolutely fantastic!
