Santoka's shio ramen was highly recommended by crazybluepanda's brother-in-law. This was one of the better ramens that I have tasted so far. Despite it's name, the shio ramen was not salty at all. However, it was rather oily. Santoka's noodles are slightly thicker than most noodles, so it fills up more space in your mouth.
