santa ramen <3 - san mateo added kurobuto? not worth the $4.50 and too sweet for my tasting -- the strong flavors seem alienating to the dish and the kurobuto does not blend at all wt the oh so tasty tonkotsu broth, nonetheless as effortlessly as the oh so tasty roasted pork. v and i can now confidently say that future orders will simply be one tonkotsu ramen wt extra roasted pork and one shoyu ramen wt extra roasted pork. if youre feeling hella hungry, order extra noodles for your bowl and double the quantity.
